For general queries we always try and get back to you the same day or if you have been doing some late night surfing then it will be the next day :). We also check our mail at weekends so either way, we will be back to you soon.

If it is a request for feedback for your child then we source this from 2 places:

1. our paper records that the teachers fill out for every lessons. This will tell us exactly what your child has been doing and has left to do to achieve their awards and
2. We also always ask the teacher for some personalised feedback.

We then package this up in an email to you so it may take a couple of days.
