New Administration System

Lichfield Dolphins are pleased to announce that they have now commissioned a new computer system to run the administration of the school.

Using CoursePro from Cap2 Solutions, members of Lichfield Dolphins will be able to login and view swimmer progress and pay for lessons using a secure connection to WorldPay. All of your swimmers will also be in one place so a single account for all members of a family.

We have also decided to run a continuous swim timetable. From 1st January 2016 all swimming will be paid for in 8 week blocks. This is sensible for a number of reasons:

1. We run a system of continuous assessment. When a swimmer is ready to progress to the next class then they move. They have worked hard for their badges so we won't make them wait for an assessment day at the end of term which is a waste of your money when a child is stuck in a class when they could have progressed. So, we now run a continuous timetable too!
2. A source of frustration for both the swim school and parents is the irregularity of payment for lessons. Both the amount to pay and the window of opportunity to pay would change from term to term so we have removed this - hurrah!
3. We have more flexibility in being able to offer those needing a special arrangement due to irregularity of work to pay in four week blocks instead of 8 week blocks. Please contact us to discuss this.
